We enclose for your consideration copy of a letter
received this morning from Mr. V.J.Railton, of 206, Mansion
House Chambers, a gentleman from whom we have received from time
to time orders of various kinds.
This letter is sent to you as the information disclosed
rather suggests that the traders of this country are being
placed at a disadvantage, and our object in sending it is to
enquire whether you think you can take any steps to remove this
grievance, and if so we shall be glad to know, and with what
results.
